At the European Equestrian Academy (EEA), competition is a journey built on team spirit, progression, and opportunity.
EEA is the only equestrian center in Dubai offering club riders the opportunity to take part in external competitions with club horses. This unique program allows non–horse owners to gain real competition experience outside the academy, from Class 1 to Class 3 (50–80 cm).
Our competition pathway is carefully structured. Riders begin with training competitions organized at EEA, allowing both riders and club horses to build confidence, consistency, and a strong partnership.
Once ready, club riders and club horses are fully accompanied and coached at local training shows such as:
- EquiChallenge at Dubai Equestrian & Polo Club
- EEC training competitions
Thanks to this progressive approach and strong team spirit, the EEA team consistently stands out with well-ridden, harmonious rounds and regular placings at every competition outing. Quality riding, correct training, and consistency are at the heart of our results.
For riders owning their own horses, EEA also offers advanced coaching and competition support in higher classes, from 90 cm up to 120 cm, with structured preparation and professional show coaching.
Beyond local events, EEA proudly develops national and international competition teams, supporting riders as they progress toward higher-level competitions.

The Team Competition program is led by Marion Glatigny, an experienced coach and international competitor.
- BPJEPS certified (France)
- Competing from a very young age
- Multiple participations in French Championships, Teachers’ Championships, and numerous national and international competitions
- First CSI* in Jericho, Palestine, finishing 3rd
- Coach of many riders up to international level
